Business Development Specialist

1. Build and developing Corporate and Institutional strategic accounts:

  • Proactively reach out to key stakeholders to identify organizations and institutions with need for higher English proficiency

  • Clearly identify the organizations needs in terms of English proficiency and develop a granular understanding of the decision-making structure of the client organization

  • Use WSE Organizational English Proficiency Assessment asset to set-up a structured approach from the need assessment phase down to the monitoring of the execution of the program

  • Relentlessly help the client stakeholders to make decisions faster while clearly understand their end-to-end decision-making procedures until deal closure and payment

  • Keep an eye on how projects are going and report regularly

  • Keep track of future business opportunities with existing clients

2. Develop Key Account Management capability for Wall Street English

  • Make sure Wall Street English provide the right people to ensure the adequate support for the stellar delivery execution of the strategic accounts

  • Set-up a standardized delivery method for the key account management staff to comply to in order to achieve stellar execution of the strategic accounts

  • In collaboration with the MSH Group stakeholders, implement the Group level B2B CRM for WSE and oversea the training of its utilization by the team.

  • Drive recurring revenues from strategic accounts through productive and professional relationships with key client stakeholders as well as providing giving great service

3. Build retail channel through Corporate Partnerships

  • Build a network of Corporate Partners to develop a retail acquisition channel of student’s

  • Define and deploy exclusive promotions offered to Corporate partner’s employees (and sometimes customers) that will stimulate the Corporate Partnerships channel

  • Develop cross-promotional opportunities that will stimulate the Corporate Partnership channel

  • Manage contracts and agreements with the corporate partners

4. Drive awareness of Wall Street English Corporate Partnerships offerings with the support of the Marketing teams

  • With the Marketing Manager, define the allocated resources from the marketing budget to the development of the Corporate Partnerships retail channel

  • Manage the promotions and events in collaboration with the Event Management team and Sales team to stimulate the Corporate Partnership channel

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to growth the strategic accounts

  • Manage the allocated budget with a clear return on investment in mind

  • Monitor the performance of the marketing initiatives aimed at growing the Corporate Partnerships retail channel as well as the strategic accounts
