Job Description

1. Mass and Back Office (BO) Recruitment – 50%

  • Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders to define job requirements and vacancies.
  • Execute recruitment for all assigned positions within the required timeframes using diversified channels.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates for interview rounds.
  • Build a talent pool for critical positions.
  • Proactively search for and engage with potential high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and background checks.
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide recruitment advice, with a deep understanding of labor markets.

2. Expat Recruitment – 40%

  • Lead the recruitment of foreign teachers (Expats), focusing on sourcing through global channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end expat hiring process, including interviews and arrangements.
  • Cultivate relationships with international recruitment partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of expat candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for hiring expats, including work permits and contractual obligations.
  • Provide support for expat onboarding and retention, including relocation assistance and cultural integration.

3. Employer Branding Activities – 10%

  • Plan, develop, manage, and oversee employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain and enhance the company’s profiles on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), job boards, and the website for consistent branding and wider resource outreach.
  • Inspire potential employees to act as brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
  • Recommend strategies to improve employee retention.

Job Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including mass recruitment and expat hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
  • Knowledgeable in selection methods and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with flexible recruitment solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with job postings on social media.
  • Mass recruitment experience preferred; a network in education is a plus.
