Marketing Manager
1. Strategic Alignment:
- Collaboration with BU Leaders: Work closely with BU leaders to understand their business goals, market dynamics, and customer needs. Develop actionable marketing strategies that align with both BU and group objectives.
- Market Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Collaborate on budget planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
2. Marketing Execution:
- Oversight and Quality Assurance: Oversee marketing campaign execution to ensure alignment with BU strategies. Review content and assets for consistency and relevance.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to enhance future strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with BU’s audience.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with BU stakeholders, acting as the primary marketing contact. Ensure strategies are tailored to meet BU-specific needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and the centralized marketing function to align strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs, providing regular performance updates and optimization recommendations.
4. Performance Management:
- Revenue Target Achievement: Focus on converting leads to sales, optimizing strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Channel Management: Oversee marketing channels, adjusting strategies based on performance.
- Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports to stakeholders, using insights to refine strategies.
5. External Stakeholder Management:
- Build Connections: Develop positive relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers to enhance marketing efforts.
- Proposal Evaluation: Assess marketing proposals and provide feedback to guide effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 8 years in client/account management (marketing industry/agency background).
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- External communication with media, KOLs, shopping malls, and agencies.
- Internal communication with BU Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.
- Strong marketing expertise, business acumen, and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong project management, creative thinking, and adaptability.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Preferred experience in the education sector and branding strategies.
