Internal Event Specialist

1. Event Planning and Execution:
- Hold monthly meetings with stakeholders to centralize event coordination aligned with student/prospect needs and satisfaction.
- Oversee all event aspects, including communication, staff scheduling, and registration processes.
- Collaborate with vendors for large offsite events and manage budgets for national events and competitions.
- Develop cross-center activities and CSR initiatives to strengthen relationships and community ties.
- Ensure centers are welcoming, decorated according to themes, and maintain an inventory of event assets.

2. Event Reporting, Feedback, and Training:
- Create and analyze surveys for event feedback, reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Track event effectiveness for IR generation and conduct staff training to improve event quality.

3. Marketing Alignment and Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and create social media content.
- Produce a monthly event calendar, coordinate promotional materials, and collaborate on live-streamed events.
- Manage special marketing requests, including photo/video shoots and branded gift distribution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ year of event management experience, ideally in adult English education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English fluency (WSE Level 14+).
- Basic social media/marketing experience; graphic design knowledge is a plus.
- Creativity, initiative, open-mindedness.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and brand-aware.
- Strong organizational, time management, and stress management skills.
