Brand and Communication Manager

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, equity, and performance across all brands within the Asia Strategic Holdings Group.
- Collaborate with the Country Head of Marketing and other senior leaders to align branding marketing strategies with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee and ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

2. Branding and Communication Oversight:
- Lead the development of brand strategies and communication plans that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure the creation of engaging and effective content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email, and offline channels.
- Develop PR strategies and manage relationships with media and other stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Oversee creative project management, including video and photo shoots, graphic design, and content creation processes.

3. Creative and Content Management:
- Oversee the Creative Manager in leading the Creative Team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand strategies.
- Guide the Content Manager in leading the Content Team to develop compelling written content for various platforms.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the Creative and Content teams to produce cohesive and effective marketing materials.

4. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Country Head of Marketing and senior management on campaign performance and brand health.
- Collaborate with the Software & Analytics function to develop and improve dashboards that provide relevant business intelligence for decision-making.

5. Capacity Planning and Team Management:
- Lead the development and implementation of capacity planning strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and scope of work documents to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Creative, and Content teams.
- Monitor team performance and workload, optimizing resource allocation and project timelines to meet the needs of the brands.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.

6. Tool and Platform Implementation:
- Oversee the selection, setup, and integration of tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and compliance with branding and communication standards.
- Ensure team members are trained on new tools and platforms and facilitate their adoption across the teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven 7+ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with a focus on branding, communication and preferably, digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
