Senior Brand Specialist
Job Description
Brand Communications & Campaign Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand communications activities that align with the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across web, social, print, and in-center materials.
Multi-Channel Content Creation:
Produce high-impact content – including but not limited to social media copy, videos, blog posts, emails, and event collateral - tailored to target segments and designed to drive awareness and consideration.
Digital & Social Media Management:
Oversee the brand’s social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), planning editorial calendars, scheduling posts, moderating community interactions, and optimizing content performance using analytics tools.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to track brand performance on a daily and monthly basis, producing insightful analysis and prompt actions wherever and whenever necessary.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research - tracking competitor campaigns, edtech innovations, and English-learning trends in Vietnam - to identify gaps and inform adaptive initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to synchronize brand initiatives, co-create localized assets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Event & Partnership Support:
Lead the creation of brand assets and activation materials for the Event & Activation Team, ensuring cohesive visual and verbal branding at each touchpoint.
Requirements
-3–5 years in brand communications, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of multi-channel content creation and campaign execution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; any additional certification is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing ability in both English and Vietnamese, comfortable developing everything from long-form articles to 15-second video scripts.
- Hands-on experience with content tools, email platforms (e.g. Hubspot), social-media schedulers, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead projects end-to-end, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or training centers - understanding of student and professional learning journeys is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with English-proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEIC) or curriculum frameworks (CEFR) to inform content relevance.
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese digital and cultural trends to drive authentic engagement.
