Key Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for maintaining the general ledger of inventories, fixed assets and other general accounting areas by recording daily financial transactions and maintaining financial records and reconciliation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Financial Reporting (80%)
- Prepare accounting entries and conduct accounting procedures relating to general accounting such as prepayments, accrued expenses, leasing, fixed asset and inventory, etc.
- Prepare accounting entries for adjustment entries in relation to the difference between local GAAP and IFRS.
- Execute monthly financial closing process and perform balance sheet reconciliation for assigned accounts.
- Prepare accounting reports assigned by FR Assistant Manager.
- Participate in yearly physical inventory count, perform reconciliation and investigate variance.
- Assist in annual external audit.
Taxation (20%)
- Prepare entries relating to tax accounting, be responsible for tax filling and tax payment to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements and Group tax policies.
- Ensure timely and accuracy of all tax form submission.
- Prepare taxation payment request.
- Work with tax consultants to provide technical expertise on product, project and other tax related issues and tax risk management.

Required Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- Extremely organized and attentive to details, strong with numbers;
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices, and tax regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products;
- Willing to learn and work under pressure.
