REGIONAL SALES TRAINER

Key duties

  • Responsible for preparation of training materials (contents, resources, exercises and translation)
  • In-charge of all sales training sessions for new Educational Consultants, Senior Educational Consultants, Center Team Leaders, ensure their skills and knowledge are enhanced to maximize sales volume and revenue and follow up them at the Centers
  • Work closely with Line Manager to perform multi-tasks such as new training, following-up at Centers and new projects of Sales Training team
  • Maintains excellent communication with Center Heads at all centers to receive feedbacks and deliver consultation along with determining training needs at each center
  • Capable of influencing the sales styles and approaches throughout the business. Areas covered will include face-to-face sales, objection handling, negotiation skills and closing
  • Execute refreshed trainings for current all Sales positions at center level
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions
  • Support training financial objectives by recommending budget items, controlling costs
  • Execute soft-skills training for Educational Consultants, Senior Sales position or other staffs as needed
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations

Job Requirements 

  • Vietnamese with a university/college degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sale of Education area with proven records
  • 1-2 years of training experience with service/hospitality/Education background
  • Wall Street English Sale experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
  • Understanding of sales principles: sales funnel, forecasts, sales planning
  • Excellent communication, observation and presentation skills, able to influent people with different learning styles
  • Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
  • Reliable, disciplined and organized, class management
  • Knowledge of MS office packages
  • Mobile and flexible to travel
