CENTER HEAD OF SALES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following:

  1. Sales Management
    • Propose yearly and monthly Sales plan to the Regional Head of Sales
    • Manage the Sales team of your center and ensure the sales targets are achieved for the center
    • Communication of the sales targets, promotions and pricing to the Sales team
    • Run weekly sales meetings and set objectives for every sales member
    • Oversee each sales team member performance daily
    • Ensure compliance to the ground rules and distribute the leads to the team accordingly
    • Monitor the timely follow-up on leads across the end-to-end sales funnel and that the sales team is compliant at updating the leads in the system in a timely manner
    • Ensure the timely EPP collection from every sales team member
    • Monitor renewals and engage with the service team to facilitate the renewal contract conversion
    • Analyze daily statistics to identify areas of focus
    • Support sales team members with their questions on how to handle exceptions as they arise and help individual to meet their sales objectives
    • Ensure compliance to contract freeze policy
    • Escalate to Regional Head of Sales when required to handle exceptions
    • Report sales performance weekly to Regional Head of Sales
  2. Sales & Marketing collaboration
    • Ensure that all leads for which the sales team is responsible are entered in the system with the right form and the right source is associated to the lead
    • Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the marketing and the sales team with respect to the management of the leads for each media owner in the marketing team
    • Communicate to the management team some areas to improve the conversion of the leads
    • Attend the weekly customer insights meeting to identify the location marketing opportunities
    • Attend quarterly local market visits
  3. Sales & Service alignment
    • Collaborate with the Service teams to foster a strong working relationship between the Service and Sales teams to deliver a consistent experience to our students
    • Partner with the Service teams to ensure synergies are created between sales and service to drive internal revenues and products upselling
    • Facilitate productive communication between Sales and Service teams
    • Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction
  4. Center reception management
    • Responsible for the overall look and feel of the center ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
    • Manage, train and coach the Reception Officers and ensure the compliance to the ground rules
    • Collect and store the reception documents on a daily basis
  5. Team management
    • Ensure consistency and best practice by assuring the Sales team is adhering to all WSE policies and procedures
    • Drive recruitment and training efforts to build a team deliver high sales performance
    • Identify areas of improvement for each Education Consultants
    • Train the sales team members and address their areas of improvement
    • Work with HR to develop systems that support retention and place colleagues in a position to excel

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • 4 – 6 years of sales experience
  • Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
  • Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
  • Background within service/hospitality/gym sector
  • Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
  • Good level of English and fluent in local language
  • Knowledge of MS office packages
  • Service orientated
