Marketing Business Partner Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Purpose of the Job: In charge of making sure each marketing function meets the needs of relevant stakeholders in timely manner including handling requests with timeline, finding solutions to the issues and maintaining a positive relationship between all parties.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as lead point, address their needs and working timeline. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all relevant client stakeholders Discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business unit’s functions.
- Ensure timely and successful deliverables according to stakeholders’ needs and brand objectives.
- Consistently report Marketing Performance and initiatives progress to the client stakeholders Monitor the Marketing budget with the support of the Finance Business Partner
Support the client’s Marketing and Branding strategy
- Support Marketing shared services with the knowledge and well-understanding of the client’s market nature, brand positioning and target audiences’ needs and wants
- Share the updated Market and Business information to relevant Marketing team
- Support Marketing shared services leadership in the development of the Marketing Strategy for the client
- Ensure alignment between the client and the Marketing shared services on the Marketing Strategy and initiatives
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines
Marketing Delivery Support
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop the brand Assist marketing calendar and core campaign themes across the different marketing channels (Sources) including digital, offline, and direct marketing channels
- Support in monitoring campaigns’ performance
- Support other Marketing key initiatives identified and prioritized
Performance Management Support
- Manage and monitor supplies from all Marketing channels such as digital, direct marketing and create regular marketing performance reports
- Provide direction and feedback to Marketing Shared Services team
- Collect performance reports
External Stakeholders management
- Nurture positive relationships with internal clients stakeholders and external suppliers
- Screening all the proposals, invitation for potential marketing activities and present it to the country Head of Marketing with insight and feedback for marketing plans
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 4 years of experience in Marketing, preferred education background
- Great communicator and good interpersonal skills Excellent in English/Vietnamese especially Writing and Speaking Skill
- Ability to manage individually, support on teamwork and deliver project on time
- Ability to work under pressure and on a tight schedule
