HR Business Partner
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HR Strategy & Initiatives
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to functional heads, ensuring HR services and processes align with company objectives and initiatives.
2. Organizational Structure & Budgeting
- Assess and challenge the internal organizational structure, recommending changes when necessary.
- Prepare the annual HR budget and manpower plan to align with business needs.
3. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Actively participate in talent management and succession planning processes.
- Identify talent, track development activities, and ensure the implementation and progress of development plans.
- Conduct periodic succession reviews to maintain a sufficient talent pool for sustainability and future workforce needs.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with the C&B department to develop competitive salary bands across the business.
- Ensure a competitive total value proposition to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
5. HR-Admin Functions
- Serve as the primary contact point between the business unit’s employees and the HR-Admin function.
- Manage office supplies (e.g., stationery, cleaning services, office procurement, and security) to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee travel arrangements (hotel bookings, air tickets, transportation) for employees and report on monthly costs.
6. Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
7. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring monthly review meetings are conducted.
- Ensure that department heads provide necessary performance data, and that reward and disciplinary processes are consistently followed.
- Maintain the integrity of the performance management system.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 4-6 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or English preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, especially for foreign employees.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Honest, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
